Precision mixing & film coating
The film solution is mixed under defined conditions, then applied as a uniform layer using controlled coating parameters.

Controlled drying, slitting & cutting
The coated film moves through controlled drying before being slit and cut to approved dimensions.

Individual sachet packing & coding
Each strip is placed into its barrier sachet, sealed and coded before secondary packing.
